This Privacy Policy explains how ArrowRush Neon Escape (“the Game”) handles information when you use the Game.

1. Information handled by the Game

The current version of the Game does not require users to create an account. Gameplay progress, settings, coins, gems, unlocked levels, and owned or equipped skins are stored locally on the user’s device.

The Developer does not directly collect names, physical addresses, contact lists, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, or payment-card details through the Game.

2. In-app purchases

The Game may offer optional purchases of virtual gems. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google Play may process purchase-related information according to Google’s own privacy policy and terms. The Developer does not receive the user’s full payment-card details.

Virtual gems have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Local data

Local gameplay data remains on the device unless the user removes the Game, clears its data, resets the device, or uses a device/platform backup feature. The Developer may not be able to recover locally stored progress after it is deleted.

4. Analytics, advertising, and third-party services

The current release baseline does not include third-party advertising or third-party analytics. If advertising, analytics, cloud saves, account services, or additional third-party SDKs are added later, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before those features are released.

5. Children and younger users

The Game is designed as a general-audience arcade game. The Game does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents or guardians may manage purchases and device permissions through Google Play and device settings.

6. Data security

The Developer uses reasonable measures to reduce unauthorized access to information handled by the Game. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. User choices

Users can stop all local data processing by uninstalling the Game or clearing the Game’s local storage through device settings. Purchase history and payment information controlled by Google Play must be managed through the user’s Google Play account.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the Game’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
